1. The Promoter
The promoter is KellyDeli Company Ltd, a company incorporated in United Kingdom with registered number 08765553 and whose office is at WeWork Floor 6, The Bower, 207 Old Street, EC1V 9NR, acting also on behalf of its subsidiaries (the “Promoter”).
2. The social media giveaway
2.1 The Promoter is organising different online contest to promote the launch of new products, to support new campaign or just as goodwill gesture.
2.2 Mechanic
You can enter the chance of winning the Prize (as defined below) by accessing the Sushi Daily Profiles and following the instructions therein contained.

2.3 The Promoter will not accept responsibility for contest entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged, or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, because of, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
2.4 By joining the contest, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2.5 The contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook. You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to Instagram or Facebook. By participating in the contest, you agree to a complete release of Instagram and Facebook from any claims.
2.6 The contest is subject to Instagram and Facebook’s terms of services which can be found at: https://instagram.com/about/legal/terms/ and https://en-gb.facebook.com/legal/terms.

3. Eligibility
3.1 The contest is open to France, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and UK residents aged 18 years or over, except:
(a) employees of the Promoter or its subsidiary companies;
(b) anyone else associated with the contest or its administration; or
(c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
3.2 In entering the contest, you confirm, and you may be required to prove, that you are eligible to do so and to claim the Prize.
3.3 The Promoter will not accept entries that are:
(a) illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged, or tampered with; or
(b) incomplete
4. Winner
4.1 The winner will be picked randomly from the pool of entries to the relevant contest post or stories (the “Winner”).
4.2 The Promoter will contact the Winner personally as soon as practicable via Instagram Direct Message or Facebook private message.
5. The Prize
5.1 The prize for the Winner is a monthly allowance of 20 Euro (or the equivalent in local currency) to be spent in 30 days in one Sushi Daily kiosks to purchase Sushi Daily products (the “Prize”).
5.2 The Winner shall indicate three Sushi Daily kiosks of its preference. The Promoter will then select one of these that will be designated as the kiosk where the Winner can collect the Prize.
5.3 The Promoter might give the Winner a suggested time of the day when he/she can purchase the products with the Sushi Daily allowance.
5.4 The operational details will be provided to the Winner by the local representative of the Promoter, in accordance with the retailer rules under which we operate.
5.5 The Prize can be spent across any range or product present in the Sushi Daily Kiosk, including grocery and hot food. It cannot be transfer / sold to another person or exchange for monetary value.
5.6 Only the Winner can claim and benefit of this Prize.
5.7 Upon visit to the designated Sushi Daily kiosk to claim the Prize, the Winner shall identify him/herself and/or show the online confirmation email provided by the Promoter.
5.8 If a given Winner does not collect the Prize on the designated month, in accordance with clauses above, he/she will not be entitled to move that sushi allowance to the next month and will lose the Prize.
6. Claiming the prize
6.1 The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the Winner. If the Winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed his/her Prize within 7 calendar days of the announcement date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries.
6.2 The Promoter has no responsibility if the Winner is not able to collect the Prize.
7. Limitation of liability
7.1 Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Statutory rights are not affected.
8. Data protection and publicity
8.1 The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in https://www.kellydeli.com/gb-en/privacy-policy.
9. General
9.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
9.2 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
9.3 These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and each dispute or claim related to these terms and conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
