1. The Promoter
The promoter is: KellyDeli OY, a company with registration number 3015604-9, whose registered office is at Kalevankatu 6, 00100, HELSINKI (the “Promoter”).
2. The Contest
2.1 The title of the contest is “Sushi for Life” (the “Contest”).
2.2 The Promoter is organising the Contest to promote subscriptions to the Osaka Bay Club. To sign up to the Osaka Bay Club you will simply need to enter your email address, first and last name, date of birth, mobile number, town/city. By entering the Contest, you will get the chance to win the Prize as defined below.
3. How to enter
3.1 The Contest will run from 12am (CET) on 7th September 2021 (the "Opening Date") to 12am (CET) on 14 November 2021 (the "Closing Date") inclusive (the “Promotional Period”).
3.2 All Contest entries must be received by the Promoter no later than 11:59pm on the Closing Date. All Contest entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified and will not be considered for selection in the draw.
3.3 To enter the Contest:
(i) if you are not already a member of Osaka Bay Club: you will enter the Contest by signing up to the Osaka Bay Club
(ii) if you are already a member of Osaka Bay Club: you will automatically enter the Contest and you will receive an email notifying you that you have been entered into the Contest. If you don’t receive the email please contact firstname.lastname@example.org No purchase necessary and there is no charge to register as a member of the Osaka Bay Club.
3.4 Both existing and new members of the Osaka Bay Club can, at any time before the Winner is selected, withdraw from the Contest by unsubscribing from Osaka Bay Club, which link is available at the bottom of any Osaka bay club communication email.
3.5 The Promoter will not accept responsibility for Contest entries that are lost mislaid or damaged regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
3.6 By submitting a Contest entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

3.8 One (1) entry will be randomly selected (“Winner”) from all the entries received during the Promotional Period using this website https://www.random.org/.
3.9 The Winner will be notified by a private e-mail message through the Osaka Bay Club platform sent to the email address provided by the Winner at the time of entry into the Contest as soon as practicable after the Closing Date. If a Winner cannot be contacted or is not available during the seven day period following the sending of the email notification by the Promoter to the Winner, a new winner will be randomly selected from the eligible entries which were received before the Closing Date.
4.1 The Contest is open to all Finnish residents aged 18 years or over except:
(a) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies or any subsidiary company of the Promoter’s holding company or other affiliated company;
(b) anyone else associated with the Contest or its administration; or
(c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
4.2 By entering the Contest, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Prize. The Promoter may require you to provide proof of your identity and that you are eligible to enter the Contest. The Promoter may withhold delivery of the Prize until it has received such evidence of identity and/or eligibility required by the Promoter from the Winner and failure to provide such evidence in a timely manner may result in forfeiture of the Prize.
4.3 The Promoter will only accept one entry per person and not accept Contest entries that are:
(a) automatically generated by computer in bulk or sent by bot;
(b) illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; or
4.4 Contact information of the Contest entrant cannot be changed once the Contest entry form has been submitted.
4.5 The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify entrants or the Winner at any time of the Contest if an entrant’s/Winner’s conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Contest or the Promoter’s brand and/or reputation.
5. Claiming the prize
5.1 The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the Winner. If the Winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed the Prize within 7 calendar days of the Promoter sending an email notification to the Winner confirming that she/he is the winning entrant, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.
5.2 The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if the Winner is not able to take up the Prize and is not obliged to offer an alternative to the Prize if for any reason the Winner is not able to take up the Prize.
6. The prize
6.1 The prize (“Prize”) is a monthly voucher to the value of 70 EUR each month for a period of 30 years, which can be spent in a [specified] Sushi Daily kiosk on Sushi Daily products. The 30 (thirty) year period shall start upon receipt of confirmation from the Winner that he/she has received the Promoter’s notification that he/she is the Winner of the Contest (“Sushi Allowance Period”).
6.2 5 days after the selection of the Winner, the Promoter will agree with the Winner the Sushi Daily kiosk from which he/she can then use the Prize every month “(Home kiosk”).
6.3 Sushi Daily products are those available as freshly prepared sushi (“Sushi Daily Products”), other products ranges might be available from time to time.
6.4 The Winner shall, at the Promoter discretion, either receive an online voucher/loyalty card with an allowance worth 70 EUR which can be used in Sushi Daily Kiosks or a unique discount code which can be used to order Sushi Daily Products of up to 70 EUR using Sushi Daily click & collect.
6.5 The Promoter will from time to time inform the Winner of the time of day when he/she can use the Prize.
6.6 The Winner is entitled to use the Prize during the Sushi Allowance Period to buy any Sushi Daily Products that are available at the Home Kiosks at that time, up to the value of any allowance remaining at the time of the specific purchase on the Winner’s voucher or displaying as the account balance in response to the Winner’s discount code (as applicable). The Promoter does not give any guarantee as to the availability of the Sushi Daily Products (or particular Sushi Daily Products) at the Home Kiosk during the Sushi Allowance Period.
6.7 The maximum value of the voucher available to be spent on Sushi Daily Products at the Home Kiosk (whether in a single transaction or a series of transactions) by the Winner is 70 EUR per month during the Sushi Allowance Period.
6.8 Upon visit to a Home Kiosk to claim the Prize, the Winner shall identify him/herself and show the online voucher/loyalty card provided by the Promoter.
6.9 If the Winner does not use any or all of the monthly voucher value in any given month during the Sushi Allowance Period, the account balance remaining for that month cannot be retained and then used in subsequent months. The Prize is not cumulative. Any remaining balance at the end of any month in the Sushi Allowance Period will be reduced to zero and reset to 70 EUR at the start of the subsequent month.
6.10 If the Prize is not used for a consecutive 12 (twelve) month period during the Sushi Allowance Period, then the Prize will lapse and becomes void.
6.11 The Prize cannot be exchanged for monetary value or other products.
7. Limitation of liability
7.1 Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winner or a Contest participant or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of the Winner accepting the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees.
7.2 The Promoter does not guarantee that the Home Kiosk will continue trading throughout the Sushi Allowance Period.
8.1 The Prize in non-transferable. If the Winner ceases to use the Prize for a consecutive 12 month period during the Sushi Allowance Period for any reason, then the voucher is cancelled for the remainder of the Sushi Allowance Period and the Promoter has no further obligations to the Winner.
8.2 The Prize is automatically terminated if the Promoter stops trading as a food company or ceases to operate Sushi Daily kiosks at any point during the Sushi Allowance Period.
8.3 If the Home Kiosk stops trading during the Sushi Allowance Period, the Prize will lapse automatically unless the Promoter and the Winner will make best efforts to identify another Home Kiosk.
8.4 The Winner may change his/her Home Kiosk up to  times during the Sushi Allowance Period, in agreement with the Promoter. Should the Winner wish to make this change, he / she should contact the Promoter on firstname.lastname@example.org The change may/may not include a change of country.
9. Data protection and publicity
The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the https://sushidaily.com/gb-en/privacy
10.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Contest and/or suspend or terminate the Winner’s use of the Prize.
10.2 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Contest, if there is a significant change in circumstances, a change in legislation or an authority decision that we have not been able to reasonably predict, or if the content of does not significantly change from the user's point of view .These terms and conditions shall be governed by Finnish law, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the district courts of domicile of the entrant/Winner. Alternatively, you can submit your matter to the Consumer Dispute Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Prior to taking the matter to the Consumer Dispute Board, you should contact the Consumer Advisory Service (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
